Andrea reached out to us with about three months until their private residence wedding in our favorite bay town, Chestertown, MD. Her and her soon to be husband, Robert, are on-the-go professionals in NYC and needed help pulling together the pieces for their big day. Having been living & working in NYC while planning my own Chestertown private residence wedding, I was personally attached from the second we started chatting. Once I got a sense of the couple’s creative nature and talents, I was even more on board to make this dream become a reality!
With multiple calls and only one very productive trip to Chestertown, we were able to assist the couple in finalizing their rental layout & menu, while making sure no vendors were overlapping with their orders. When meeting with the bride at Eastern Shore Tents & Events, she brought out a to-scale diagram with cut out farm tables, dance floor, stage, etc., for us to play with and perfect. To us wedding professionals, we were in a dream!
From there, the bride got to finishing her design for all day-of paper goods and the groom got to work editing a video of well-wishes from all guests to display on the big day! We continued to assist in adding personality into the day with an “inspiration corner” for guests to write out a note on a typewriter, draw a picture, or use various other tools to show their love for the bride + groom.
In addition to the talented couple, the FOB was there every step of the way making sure each vendor had exactly what they needed to execute their jobs flawlessly!
Needless to say, the day-of Caitlyn + Ana from our RKE team made sure this celebration ran without a hitch!
