Every wedding and event is unique in it's own way, similar to our personalities. Because of this we have packages from the couple on-the-go to the most organized couples. We started Rachel Kendall Events with the mission of being able to tweak any proposal for the needs of our clients. Reach out to us via email, our website form or phone and tell us a little about your wedding or event. The more info [date, venue, guest size, style in mind, etc] the better for us to have an initial idea of the scope and get our wheels turning!
We will schedule a meeting, whether in-person, on the phone, or video chat. We like to get as much info about your upcoming wedding or event as soon as possible, as well as learn a little more about your personality, to draft up a proposal. We love all those little details!
We will take all our notes from our chat and draft up a personalized proposal for your review. Each proposal is customized for your specific wedding or event, and we're able to edit and tweak to your needs.
Once you're ready to move forward we will send over a contract and invoice to make it official. We require a 50% deposit upon signing and the remainder is due 30 days before the event.
As soon as the contract & deposit are in, we will invite you to your own wedding or event folder to hit the ground running on the planning. In the folder will be a "Let's Get To Know You" Form to help us prioritize your needs and learn more about your event, as well as various other materials depending on your planning package. This is where all the magic will happen!

"Where to begin!? Rachel is down-to-earth, fun, professional, has great ideas, and you can tell that this is her area of expertise! For us, although Rachel was hired only as a month-of wedding coordinator, she was a great resource throughout the entire year up until our big day. When our big day was approaching, we learned the week before, that Hurricane Florence would possibly be arriving during our OUTSIDE wedding. "Rachel is a master of making things happen and making things just beautiful! My husband and I got engaged in July 2017, and decided to get married April 2018.
