We invite you to connect with us via email, phone, or our inquiry form, and share the details of your upcoming celebration. From your date and venue to guest count and overall vision, each element allows our team to thoughtfully begin shaping an experience tailored to you.
The Consultation
our process
How it works
We’ll thoughtfully arrange a video or phone consultation to begin exploring your upcoming celebration in greater detail.
During this conversation, we’ll discuss your vision, priorities, and the nuances that make your event uniquely yours, while also guiding you through our offerings to determine which services best align with your needs. From logistical considerations to personal style, every element informs a proposal that is both intentional and tailored.
The Discovery Meeting
Following our consultation, our team thoughtfully refines every detail discussed to curate a tailored proposal for your review. Each proposal is intentionally designed to reflect the unique scope, vision, and priorities of your wedding or event.
Every element remains flexible and collaborative — allowing us to refine, adjust, and perfect the experience until it feels seamlessly aligned with your needs.
The Proposal
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll prepare your agreement and initial invoice to formally secure your date. A 50% retainer is required upon signing, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
From this point forward, your celebration is fully reserved, and we begin bringing every detail to life with intention and care.
The Confirmation
Once your agreement is signed and your retainer is received, you’ll be welcomed into your dedicated planning portal — your central space for inspiration, organization, and collaboration.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtful “Let’s Get to Know You” questionnaire designed to help us understand your priorities, preferences, and overall vision, along with curated resources tailored to your selected planning experience.
From here, every detail begins to take shape. This is where the vision evolves, and the magic truly unfolds.
