Come on board as soon as the wedding planning has begun, or the engagement ring has been put on! We will assist in all aspects of the planning from day one to bring the couple’s ideal wedding from concept to execution. This will include everything from helping build your budget, putting together the right team of vendors, assisting in creating the wedding design & details, up to being on-site to make sure all aspects run smoothly during the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day.

For the couple that has planned all aspects of their wedding but would desire a professional to help with last minute organization and on-site coordination & execution during their special weekend. We would come on board 7-8 weeks before the day to ensure we get a full understanding of the couple’s vision, organize an event timeline, coordinate with all vendors for day of delivery & set up, as well as be on-site during the ceremony rehearsal and wedding to make sure the event runs just as planned.
